Christmas Holiday Schedule 2013

S4L Studios will be closed the last week of the year to honor the Christmas Holiday. All classes will resume on Thursday January 2, 2014 with new class times to accomandate a more convenient workout schedule.

S4L Studios 30-Day Fit Challenge


As we are preparing for the holiday season filled with festive celebrations, we need to build a buffer and work even hard to maintain the fitness goals we set back on January 1, 2013. In part its been a long year but we all have those moments when our year seem to go by with the blink on an eye. So now we are faced with not reaching our fitness goals. So with a little under 3 months until we set our new goals, S4L Studios is getting a 4th quarter push by challenging everyone to a 30 day fit challenge. Set 3 goals both for Nutrition and Fitness that you can sustain for 30 days. With consistent habits come consistent results. Share the challenge with your friends and relatives and make it a teaming challenge. S4L Studios Closed for Annual Katy Trail Run

S4L Studios will not offer our regular classes on Thursday May 9, 2013. Due to the studios participation with the Annual 5K Katy Trail run/walk event, S4L will cancel our normal scheduled 6pm and 7pm classes. The noon classe will not be cancelled. Regular schedule will resume on Friday May 10, 2013 with the 6am class.

First Annual #Team “Katy Trail 5K Run/Walk”



S4L Studios is taking our workout on the road. Have you ever wanted to participate in a full marathon, or, maybe a half marathon? Well here is your chance in taking the first step toward that goal by being a part of the S4L team we are putting together to participate in the “Annual 5K Katy Trail Event.


You can invite your friends, family, co-workers or anyone you think would like to be a part of the TeamS4L walk or run 5K. This is a way for us to share in a healthy fitness event and to enjoy the start of the summer season with a picnic. The event is scheduled for May 9, 2013 at 7:00pm at Katy Trail, Reverchon Park.   


We WILL NOT have our scheduled spin classes on that evening to participate in the event. Every year they sellout this event with 5,000 people and this year, Spin4life will be part of the party! So we will have to register ASAP. I will also provide a weekly training which is optional but available for those who would like the free training. We will meet at Katy Trail every Saturday on April 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, and May 4th to do some cardio training to prepare. Time is from 7:30am to 8:15 (before my Saturday spin classes). I would also dress us in a workout shirt representing Team S4L Studios. I will take on 50% of the cost for everyone, so the only additional requirement from my side is $10. So I will need your shirt size when you sign up with me. Here is the information you will need…
