Are you looking for a fun and safe environment where your children can spend valuable time over the long HOT summer?  S4L Studios is an elite fitness studio located in the heart of Dallas’ Uptown/Oak Lawn District.  For 11 weeks S4L Studios is offering a Youth Fitness Camp.  This camp is designed to keep our children healthy, happy and fit over the summer break.  We are tackling childhood obesity head-on and moving kids from the couch or from the video games to the gym.  Your child will make new friends while developing basic fitness and teamwork skills that will help them grow as young people, while learning that fitness can be FUN! Register for the days of the week and the times that best fit your schedule.


Mission – To develop confidence in our children by teaching basic fitness skills that will improve their cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility and agility.


One Cost  for ALL 11 WEEKS!


Youth Camp includes the following:  3 Packages to choose from:

-Free Water  -Two days per week @ $199(All Summer)

-Free Healthy Snacks (after each training)  -Three days per week @ $249(All Summer)

-Free Kids Camp Shirt  -Five days per week @ $299(All Summer)

-Free Towel Service

Due to popular demand, S4L Studios is now offering UNLIMITED SPIN SESSIONS for its PREFFERED members! You will no longer need to keep up with punch cards or worry about how many sessions you have remaining. You simply pay one low price of $75.00 per month and spin as many classes you desire. Our new price structure is effective on September 1,2012 but there is no need to wait for the first of any month. You can start your Preferred Membership at any point of the month. S4L will offer a NON-BINDING membership agreement that will make things convenient and very easy to keep you on track for a high energy fitness workout. You can still “experience the ride…and reap the rewards” with our drop-in rate by taking a Single session class for $20. Whichever you choose, you will experience a spin session that promises 500 to 800 calories burned and the best music and routine to keep you motivated.

Single Class: $20 (Effective September 1, 2012)

Single Month Pass: $125 (Effective September 1, 2012)

Preferred Membership: $75.00 (Effective September 1, 2012)

Total Body Blast Spring Boot Camp

Join S4L Studios and  Jeremy Allen CSCS , former NFL player to kick your body into shape just in time for swimsuit season.

Starting March 23rd and running for 5 weeks, you’ll get 18 intense workouts that include resistance training immediately followed by a 45 minute spin class.
