S4L Studios 30-Day Fit Challenge

 

As we are preparing for the holiday season filled with festive celebrations, we need to build a buffer and work even hard to maintain the fitness goals we set back on January 1, 2013. In part its been a long year but we all have those moments when our year seem to go by with the blink on an eye. So now we are faced with not reaching our fitness goals. So with a little under 3 months until we set our new goals, S4L Studios is getting a 4th quarter push by challenging everyone to a 30 day fit challenge. Set 3 goals both for Nutrition and Fitness that you can sustain for 30 days. With consistent habits come consistent results. Share the challenge with your friends and relatives and make it a teaming challenge.
