Effective January 1, 2015 S4L Studios has expanded our group fitness portfolio to include Unlimited Spin Classes as well as Unlimited Group Circuit Training. Our third product is One on One Personal Training for specialized training. You can now receive the best of both worlds under one roof. The best cardiovascular training with our Group Spin Training and the best overall strength, toning and muscle building with our Group Circuit Training. For your convenience, we will offer 3 morning sessions for Group Circuit Training and 9 morning and evening Group Spinning Training. Each training session is 50 minutes and you are sure to burn 500-650 calories as well as muscle development and muscle toning.

Friday – 6am

Saturday – 9am and 10am

Group Circuit Training
