Starting January 2, 2014, S4L Studios will be offering a new schedule to fit the demands of our clientel. Now we will offer 12 exciting new times for classes per week. These classes were developed for the needs of our clients, with times most convenient to you. If you work late you can attend one of our earlier sessions. And if you start your day at work early hours, join us for one of our noon or evening sessions. Either way S4L has a time slot that will work for you!
Monday – 6 a.m., 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday – 6 a.m., 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday – 6 a.m., 6:30 p.m.
Thursday – 6 a.m., 6:30 p.m.
Friday – 6 a.m., 5:30 p.m. (Healthy Happy Hour Class)
Saturday – 9 a.m., 10 a.m.
Sunday – CLOSED
